Class I Soft Cab

Why would I want to use an airconditioner when I am blowing snow . . . are you saying I am so full of HOT AIR that the little cab would overheat??? /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Nope - you said you wanted to take it off in summer, and we were joking that it would be easier/better to A/C it for the summer (and, for me, year 'round).

Spencer,
From what I could see......8 bolts and a clamp to the ROPS. May have been a few more under the hood, which I didn't open.
2 in each floorboard
2 in each side ROPS mounting
1 clamp to the ROPS

That's exactly what I would like it for, that white stuff. However, I have talked to somebody that had a soft cab & he indicated it wasn't worth it as it kept fogging up on him. Unless there is some way of maybe hooking up a heater.

My two cents worth.

I thought only JD dealers were arrogant /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Looks like a nice set-up /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Looks real nice. I'd really like to have one, but it really hard to justify that for the couple of ours that I've been on the tractor this year. Now if the sides came off and just left a canopy that would be a different story as I want a canopy for mowing and this wouldn't be that much more......but if I had to buy both........well tomorrow might be Valentine's day, but I don't think I'm that sweet and I don't think Monica loves me that much. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Aww Jim, did ya at least run it by Monica? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
It appeared the doors came off, but I could be mistaken. If they do, that would leave just the canopy and the windshield and the rear window. It even had an opening that I would assume would be for the FEL joystick.

That's a sharp looking cab, Inspector. Thanks for posting it.

I've spent about 40 hours blowing snow so far this season and more often than not there's been a breeze. Seems like this could be the ticket w/ a heater.
