Class III Boomer ROPS

Does anyone know the height of a Class III Boomer with the folding ROPS down? I was curious since I would like to store one in my garage (9' x 7' doors) until I can get my outbuilding (palace as the wife calls it) built. Thanks.

The folding portion of the ROPS on ClassIII Boomers is about 18" which will bring the effective high point OF the tractor to about 77" - 78". This height will vary a bit with tires.

For me the effective high point ON the tractor is about 85" which is the top of my head while in the seat.

For my money, a garage door can't be too wide or too high. I'm putting a 10' wide X 9 ' high on my fall project. I would like to go with a 10' X 10' but the extra height just won't work. Hmm...maybe if I start diggging ????

I drove my TC45 into my garage in town once, with the ROPS down of course .... BE SURE TO DUCK! the tractor went in just fine - but I durn near lost my head.

As stated, you can get the tractor in, ROPs down, without a problem. But tie a string around your finger to remind you to lower the ROPs THEN duck! I almost forgot to lower mine once.....since it is behind you - "out-of-sight, out-of-mind" - it's not hard to do - when I ducked, I just happened to look behind me - whoops....close call. Plenty of justification there for your shed I would say.

Thanks for the quick info! I was pretty sure it would fit, but you know how it goes when you start worrying abouth things like that. I'll definetly have to do something to remember to have it down going in and out! I will work on the outbuilding as soon as we can. Once again, thanks for the info!
