Cleaning up after Irene

Just bought a used Kubota B2100, it arived on Friday, just in time for Irene. It came with forks which were a throw in and I did not think I had a use for, but that is all I have used so far (moving big branches, picking up stumps to cut). I read quite a lot on this site for a couple of months before making my choice. I would like to thanks everyone who contributes as it was very helpful.

Welcome to the TBN'ers...also. I've wondered how one of our tractors would be useful in such a storm or tornado. I'm thinking that one would have to have tires that are filled because of all the nails, glass etc that would be lying around. My tires are great on my well cleaned up acres, but probably wouldn't last a day in tornado/hurricane clean up. Just a thought.

Welcome aboard. I have a BOTA also.It is a L-4400. I purchased it the last of June 2011. I have used other tractors with FEL'S, but this is my first tractor equipped with a FEL, that I have owned personally. Like yourself, I discovered many uses of the FEL. Come summertime, I'm sure you will be using your mower quite a bit, helping to maintain your property. Happy Tractoring.:tractor::tractor:
