clutch slipping/not working on my ford 3000 tractor hydraulic fluid is black and low

I am searching for some help on figuring out whats wrong with my ford 3000 farm tractor. the clutch
is not working. the hydraulic fluid is low and black...but doesnt smell burnt or hot. any suggestions? Thanks!
