Just got a 55 Massey Harris #33 running after 3 years but it will not move, think the brakes are frozen and the clutch too, any info on getting it moving will help! Thanks:confused:

Steve, here's a link to a previous thread about freeing a stuck clutch. However if the brakes are froze it might not do you much good. Not real familiar with your tractor. Does it have wet or dry brakes? I don't know if you've tried this or if it'll work but if you can get another tractor or maybe a pickup truck and try pulling it to see if the brakes will break loose! Also there might be an inspection cover you can take off to see whats going on! One last thought, again you may have already checked this. Does it have a parking brake? Is it stuck on?

Hard to tell, from here, what is stuck. If you put it in gear and try the starter, will it move? If so, brakes not stuck, but clutch is. Start it that way and drive it with the clutch pedal depressed and slam on the brakes a few times. If brakes are stuck, handle accordingly.
