I used Bill Payer (Checkfree) to pay my last 2 CNH loans. CNH does not take the payments electronicaly as do most of the major CC and Banks. Checkfree sends CNH a paper check and it does add a few days to the transaction. (like 2 or 3) If there was ever a question that my payment was late I just told my agent at CNH when it was supposed to be there, they marked my account and bever once was I improperly marked late. I'm not saying they are perfect, but they are much easier to deal with than any of the major banks I have had dealing with,

I use bill payer from my credit union and it goes through electronicly to CNH Capital (Case Credit). Haven't had any problems in 2 years now with it. I do have one complaint though and that is I have never received a statement.

I am in the Army. I just took a UDS last Friday. I am also the guy who does the report on any positive UDS. I determine if there was a legitimate medical reason for the positive UDS. I was given some iv drugs last week for my colonoscopy. Now, I may have a positive UDS. Will I get to do a report on myself?
Bob

No. Actually, your commander will get the notification instead. He'll run it over to the Doc who does the "medical use" review.

You should have seen what happened when I got the notification that every member of the Brigade staff from the Colonel to the Command Sergeant Major came up hot. I was a SSG at the time and I had to go tell the Division Chief of Staff that most of the Brigade Leadership was smokin' dope. Yeah, that was fun!

After CID got done investigating, it turned out that some recalcitrant idjit spiked the coffee pot grounds with some Panama Red. Whoops!

Are you sure about that? Unless CNH has changed recently they were not set up to receive true (ACH) electronic payments. From the users perspective you won't see any difference from CheckFree these days, a check mailed or an electronic payment both appear the same in your statement or online as a preauthorized online payment.

My credit union bill pay indicates if it is check or electronic and it is indicating electronic payment. Also for checks it is recommended to schedule the check 5 working days before the payment is due; for electronic just 3 days, which is what I have scheduled for and never had a late notice. (knock on wood)

Paying online is easy; I've been unable to access my account- I get a basically blank screen. While I may not have the latest browser, it isn't old either- and the computer is a good one (using my company computer at work). When I called, they told me to log off and try again...no, that didn't help- they obviously have a poor website to view accounts. I use this computer for banking, but can't get theirs to work. At least I can pay online.

I use CNH insurance for my equipment ... my last few emails to them ... in the last few days have been returned, I am trying to insure a new piece of equipment ... no reponse ... today I went with Kubota Insurance and it wasn't a Kubota ... will see how that works!!

Soundguy! You are 100% correct in my book! The answer to this problem in not less education. Its a mix of a GOOD education and taking ownership of your job! Employees need to understand that they represent their company and the work they do is a direct reflection of themselves! They need to take pride in whatever position they are in. Be the BEST! Unfortunately, a lot of employers don't give a rats A** about their employees and this is reflected in the employees attitude and performance at work. They go thru the motions but only care about getting a paycheck.

I used direct bank transfers to pay my tractor payments for 3 years and never had a problem. New Holland took the payments directly out of my bank account each month. I figured if they forgot, it was their error. They never forgot. I have done this before and it seems to be the most foolproof way to pay in my experience. Of course, Remember, "Nothing is really foolproof for a sufficently talented fool!"
