I believe you are correct about the PTO switch. That is to prevent an implement from starting up when the engine is started. One must always be safe, or suffer the consequence.

Sorry, In case you do not want to minterfere with your neighbors radio, then you'll have to use RN11YC. and......
If you live in California you will have to use N11YC4 with or without the "R".

What's special about this spark plug? I am running platinum plugs with a smaller that standard center electrode. This should help, although my heated garage is not a good test bed.
