According to the manual the gauge is actually an ammeter , so it definitely has to have a shunt, the only thing is out of the ordinary to me is an ammeter usually is a very low resistance( 5 to 20 ohm range).

It is so dry here that I doubt We will be stting off many if any at all, I never got South of the border this year to get My supply. A trip to Knoxville is certainly in order before next year. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
