Compost Project

Throw in a few thousand red wigglers to speed up the process. I have a vermiculture project in the basement that consumes all our organic waste. Any newspaper,cardboard. Etc. Finish product goes back in garden to start the cycle over. I've seen it done on a larger scale. It's pretty impressive and its making some money on the side

I've read about that...

I started a weed compost pile with some old welded 4' fence wire to contain it, more to make a taller pile. Just wrapped around in a circle, then when I want access just pull it out of the way. weeds got too tall and by time I had them cut down I didn't want them matting the ground. Gopher push dirt up from the bottom, I throw dirt on the top and mix in some of my neighbors horse maure. Starting to look pretty good:thumbsup:

Well, today we finally got this bin rebuilt. Guess it was more later then sooner...:laughing:
