YA they are sure blowing lots of money local ads tv ads newspaper and mailers like you would not believe.
there are a LOT of yard signs most for current administration in this area where lots less working types that set home drinking ripple and playing on 600 buck Iphones... There is a big senate race here too young Josh Mandel (Repub) ex marine and sees to be forward thinker vs Sharrod Brown one of the more free spenders of everyones money that is not his.,
As far as concrete costs last year here northern ohio I did 60 yards about 8K with insulation and re-mesh it was 5" 6000 psi w fiber polished surface 3/4 inside a pole barn, I had it poured by amish crew I knew. great job no cracks yet worth worrying about put in floor heating tubes which added a few hundred bucks more.
