Concrete floor.. seal or not??

/ Concrete floor.. seal or not?? #11
There's a product called "intex" I've used many times that I've been happy with. You have to go toa concrete supplier, haven't seen it at the box stores. Looks like milk, drys clear, goes on easy with a roller and you can put it on green concrete. (actually works better that way as it is a curing agent too and keeps the mositure in the concrete as it drys which accomplished the same thing as spraying water on it as it cures). If it wears off in high traffic area's you can just reapply it in the future. It's not as durable as some of the good epoxy systems but it can go down right away, is easy to reapply, and only costs $45 for 5 gal. (That price was a few years ago)

This companies products seem to be top notch and you can paint over them. Most sealers can not be painted over and that fact is kept hidden. Vseal
