That self leveling powder is amazing.
Very inexpensive too!
The type of grass you pour on makes for a big difference on how it performs when used for rebar. Tall stemmed grasses will outperform shorter types like Bluegrass. The tall white or yellow clovers ( five foot ) with their multi branched stems are the best for strengthening concrete especially if multi directional stresses must be covered.
