No pics right now. I did check the insulation behind the T&G and it was fine.
I don't really think there is a moisture problem with my logs. they are kiln dried and look to be in very good shape. I re stained my house just last summer and didn't notice anything to be concerned with as far as moisture.
If the insulation is dry, then it's hard to see how it could be a roof leak. Probably just a combination of weather/temp/humidity changes and cooking moisture that resulted in the condensation. Is there a good vapor barrier between the T&G and the insulation?
I'm sure you will keep an eye on it to see if it happens again. I would monitor the situation just to make sure mold doesn't get started. Maybe run your ceiling fan on sticky days just to keep the circulation going.
