Condensation under dash plate

I have used my 3830 for about 45 minutes since I got it new a couple of weeks ago. I noticed the other day that condensation was forming under the clear dash shield, that coveres all of the gauges. The tracator has all ways been parked in doors. Is this normal, or something I need to get fixed?
