We have 19 acres that sounds like what your 10 acres is like. About 4 of grass and the rest wooded, rocky, and rough.
We have a Kubota Grand L3130 and its a great tractor, they cost a pretty penny now and we got ours new for way under MSRP.
Its been great, and sometimes we wish we had something with a bit more power. But between the heavy duty backhoe and the heavy duty loader, it does good.
