considering buying a cubet cadet 7254 tractor

The tractor is new condition only 115 hrs. It has loader attachment and 60inch belly mower (both with little use). It is powered by a 25HP Kawasaki engine. price is $8500.00. I would appeciate any feedback on tractor quality and value.

From the information I was able to find about the 7000 series, it was in production from May 2002 through mid-October 2003 and sold for between $10,000 and $14,300.

However, there was a safety recall on the 7000 series that you may want to ask the seller about.

In reference to the price, it sounds pretty good to me.

And, about Kawasaki engines, well, I wasn't able to find any negative information about them. However, there was a safety recall on the 27 hp water cooled engine.

this is a gas? Kawasaki has a good rep, what could the loader lift? the price sounds ok, i am amazed at what people will pay for sub-compacts! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Yeah, it is amazing what those little machines go for. Stopped in at my local Cub Cadet this morning looking at new mowers and they had a 5000 something on lot. This was complete with front-n-loader and 3pt hitch. What an interesting looking little machine. But the price was like WOW!
