Considering NH 2030/2035

We intend to build on this land some day and when we do, we will have a 1/4-1/2 mile driveway that will need to be maintained.

($6500 for the snow blower...).

If the snow blower is the killer ....maybe hold off on getting the blower seeing as you do not need it yet.

Get a tractor that will allow you to get a blower later if and when you build on your property, otherwise that blower will sit in a garage, letting the warranty expire and not being used much.

After all, there is not that much snow that falls in the Chippewa valley

Skipping implements is an option, though we currently have a ~250' driveway that needs to be maintained as well. We pay someone to plow it -- I hate paying someone else to do something I should be able to do myself.

To make matters even more complicated, with prices getting up in to the $30k range, it seems like looking at Kubota is a real option as well. I know their lineup better than the NH anyhow... decisions, decisions.

Thanks for the feedback everyone!
