Is there any other things that I am missing?

Well, if you're experienced, you know that the digging is the easy part. Figuring out what to do with the dirt and moving it there are the hard parts! Maybe enlarge your biggest 1 or 2 ponds and fill in the others with the dirt. Sounds like you need a dump truck on your shopping list!
