If you just want to raise/lower a blade, it sounds like you have it figured out.
While you are still in the design stages, I would suggest thinking about the following options:

While you are still in the design stages, I would suggest thinking about the following options:
- Power lift/angle (I have gotten spoiled by having a power angle blade on the front of my FIL's BX2660)
- Find a truck plow that uses a belt driven hydraulic pump at a JY and convert that to work on your tractor.
- Electric powered truck plow adapted to your tractor, I would avoid this as they suck down a LOT of amps and you would probably need to upgrade the alternator if you use the pump much.
- Add a truck power steering pump, a two spool valve (possibly a loader valve), a truck plow and you are good to go. As a bonus, you would have (assuming a Jeep TJ PS pump, others may be better) 1350 PSI of pressure at 2.1 GPM available any time the engine is running. For extra fun you could plumb it into your transmission so as to have more capacity.
- Power lift, manual angle:
- Winch to lift and lower a manually angled plow, this will be the cheapest option, but I would avoid it if possible as it makes life MUCH easier if you can change the plow angle while moving.
- Cylinder on the back (on three point) linked to one on the front, will work, but IIRC, you lose hydraulic power when the clutch is depressed and as such, stopping and raising the plow would get complicated in a hurry.
