Title says it all. Converting a Kubota B21 mounted WR Long 4n1 bucket to SSQA but there are no QC couplers, it is all "hard connected". Obviously time for QC and new hoses.

I was going to just use the Kubota style AG couplers, but I've been told Flat Face is standard and should I rent any implements, that's what they would have. But, no knowledge of what size, etc., this "standard" would be.

Enlighten me. Or befuddle me. 50/50 chance.

The two most common are these:

1/2" ISO 16028 Flat Face or 'skid steer' style
1/2" ISO 5675 "AG" style w/poppet

Kubota style AG couplers
There is no such thing.

I don't care for flat face couplers, but that's just my preference. I use 1/2" or 3/8" Pioneer AG type connectors on all my tractors & implements. They're cheap, readily available, and as you say, are usually what is used on rental attachments. Yes, they can get pressure bound, but there are tools available to deal with it.

BTW, if you do rent hydraulic implements, watch out for oil contamination, particularly if your tractor is HST. Most rental yards don't purge their equipment, and the oil in them can contain water & debris from the previous renter.

Kenny can hook you up. He knows hydro fittings.

I call them "Kubota ag style". The Kubota TnT kit I installed called them "AG style" I think. No matter, I use those that cross directly to the Kubota part numbers. Lots of them around.

Yeah, did not think about that, who knows what others run in their machines. With that in mind, rental seems pretty iffy, to me now.
