Can anyone tell me the size of rim that is on the Hoye tractor conversion for the Yanmar?
I believe it is an 8x12 (I'll check tomorrow). I do know that we use the 23x850-12 tire on it though. We can make it to any backspacing that you want.
The Deere wheels in your link are 5 bolt. 1500D fronts are 4 bolt.
My Steiner uses 23x10.50x12 on 5 bolt rims. I purchased an couple of spares when i found them, and one set is exactly like the JD rims you mentioned in that link. Tires aren't worth much, but I found some tires on rims in Tennessee and had them shipped, so i didn't need the JD ones. Although the same size tire, it appears to be a mis-marked tire, measuring closer to 8.50 in width on the new ones. I replaced two of the rims on my Steiner, so those two are also out back.
I thought you were looking for 4 bolt rims, or I would have mentioned I have extra rims with bad tires.(all five bolt)

California, you may have luck looking at some of the golf cart wheels that I've seen on small trailers for sailboats and the like. They're significantly wider than passenger car tires and can be had fairly tall. Most golf cart rims are 4 on 4" bolt circles.
Benhood, I measured my YM1401D and my YM240 rear wheels awhile ago for a member trying to make skidsteer tires work. The smaller tractor had a 6 on 4.5 inch pattern (approximately if not exactly) which matches with Dodge Dakota and some other small pickup and SUV wheels, while the YM240 had a 6 on 5.5 inch bolt circle, the same as Chevy and Toyota 4x4 wheels.
For the fronts, you should be able to get fairly accurate measurements. Many cars have a 4 on 4.5 inch pattern, but the center hub cutout may be different.
Having said that, unless you really have a need for the turf tires, I'd suggest just sticking with ag-type tires. For under 200 bucks you can replace both front tires and just be done with it.
