These panoramic pics are off our deck of what I call lake fog.
What looks like water is really just heavy fog in the valleys.

I'm not sure. I have smelled smoke a week ago or so that could be the fires.
I just took this picture standing in the same spot as my lake fog middle picture.
You can see it's hazy, but it's 90 degrees out so that's not odd for a hot summer day. So I'm going to say generally I haven't noticed.
