Doc says I need to lose some weight. My hair is thinning, and my tail fell off. So how is your day going?

Found some pics where I went to a crow funeral a year or so ago. My girl brought these to me. It was kinda eerie to have dozens over head after I popped one in my pecan tree. They flew off at first then came back for the funeral. Luckily I had more shells... They didn't know I had my turkey loads in it and could reach WAY up in the air for them. I think the squirrel thought it was all over and hunkered down, he musta forgot about me after a little while and came to watch the show. ;) :D

Proof life goes on... I took a soil sample back in Feb when the temps were pretty cool, freezing at night etc. My intent was/is to take it to the ag office and get the soil tested for my food plot instead of guessing.

Not exactly sure what it was growing in there but its was doing pretty good.

Whatever it is they'd smoke it.

Here's a compound composite of both the total solar eclipse I photographed last year, as well as the total lunar eclipse I photographed a couple of months ago. Enjoy.

(Note: For posting purposes, this image has been scaled to 5% of the original image size. If I were to print the full res version it would be 10ft wide.)

Seeing how the shadow changed from the first time and the second time, makes my head hurt trying to figure out the positioning of everything.

The sequences are chronological from left to right.

For the solar eclipse, the Moon passed in front of the Sun moving diagonally from the bottom right to the top left.

For the lunar eclipse, the Earth's shadow passed in front of the Moon moving horizontally from the bottom left to the bottom right.
