Greetings
We are "I Was Hungry", a garden ministry serving the sick and the poor in Nashville TN, USA

We use this tractor to till our garden plots but strange things are happening. When it is warming up antifreeze squirts out of the side of the overflow reservoir. This happened a while back but when it happened tonight the temperature idiot light went on. I replaced the water pump about 20 hours ago. I also had the radiator rebuilt about 15 hours ago.

Please let me know what you think I should try next.
Here is a short video:

Does tractor have thermostat?

Cracked head, or head gasket issue maybe.
Something is pressurizing the system.

Yes, it has a thermostat. I took it out when the behavior started and it was open.

I am wondering if there was air in the radiator. I read about a condition called an "air lock." That post said to run the motor with the radiator cap off. I did that and saw lots of bubbles that gradually tapered off to no bubbles.

In the video, that’s a clean little unit. No coolant leaks anywhere? Where I would start, take radiator cap off and add enough coolant to see the level of it. Start the engine and let it get up to temp (will take a while with cap off). You should be able to see the coolant flowing through the radiator. That tells us; the water pump is working and thermostat is opening with little probability of any clogs. Next, borrow a coolant pressure tester to check the radiator cap and engine. The radiator cap should be marked with the right pressure (13, I think).

Things progressed.

Now I have bubbles coming into the cooling overflow reservoir and the motor will not start.

Would the next step be to pull the head and check the head gasket?

When you are getting that much pressure
IMHO you have a leakey head gasket. IMHO
the only other way you could build up pressure
is with a frozen thermostat

The coolant in the reservoir started bubbling pretty violently as soon as the tractor started. I have never seen that except when a head gasket was blown. Or a cracked block.
