Coral snakes do eat Copperheads

Buddy of mine lives in the AZ desert. His two dogs got bit by rattlers. One of the dogs got bit again within a few weeks and killed the dog.

It must had really been mad it flatten out like a hognose snake right before striking.

The coral was practicing up for his Halloween costume as a cobra. If you hear a knock at the door and there's a cobra on your porch with red, yellow, and black rings, listen closely to hear if it hisses, "Trick-or-Treat!" with a Texas or Indian accent.

I don't have to listen for the accent....

That is Rikki's job. Just open the door, Rikki will take a sniff and scream his war cry, "Rikk-tkk-tikki-tikki-tchk!" Then there will be a ball of fighting snake and Rikki.... Afterwards, there will only be Rikki. :ferret: (Ok, that is not a mongoose but the ferret was the best one to pick. :laughing

If someone has young kids/grandkids, getting Kipling's, "The Jungle Book" and reading :reading:, "Rikki-Tikki-Tavi" to them is something all will enjoy. There is a 20-30 minute cartoon that was done years ago which was pretty danged good but I have not seen it in ages. Which is a darn shame since the story is so good.
