My arms are getting tired. With the FEL and the backhoe having around 40 places to grease every ten hours I was thinking that the wife could buy me a cordless grease gun for a present. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Has any one used one? Any problems? Any brand recommendations? Thanks,

what a wonderful tool. I use a Lincoln cordless. Building biceps and forearms at my age is not in the cards. I really like the fact that some of the fittings that might need holding the hose on while greasing is easy, not having to use both hands to operate the gun.

I've had a Lincoln cordless greaser for about 2 years now. It works very well, and a good charge will outlast a tube of grease. The only problem I've had with mine is several of the screws coming loose on the plastic casing of the gun and motor enclosure,so just keep an eye on em', you might even want to check em' before you even use it, that is if your WONDERFUL wife /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif gets it for ya! Best of luck.....Valentines day is right around the corner..............

WOW /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif a little pricey /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

It would be nice but I couldn't justify that kind of money for a grease gun /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I just bought one. It is a Cummins. Paid about $20.00 for it. Have not used it yet.

Is this a cordless, i.e., battery powered, grease gun or a pneumatic grease gun?

I prefer the pneumatic grease guns. Cheaper and last longer. You don't have to buy a $70.00 battery in 2 or 3 years. Just grease at every fillup back at the shop.

I don't know if "Air Powered Grease Gun" would interest you, but Harbor Freight will advertise one on sale from time to time. I bought one, and had to replace the tip on it, becsue it stuck on the fitting, but after that it works like a charm. I have two ATV's and grease fittings everywhere, now a FEL to grease every 10 hours.
