John, I've just got a 7.2 volt Makita and only one battery. When you get as old as I am, one battery will last as long as I will on a job./w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
HEY EVERONE..... While on the topic..... There has been a recall on some of the chargers because they may just start a fire....... On the Internet do a search for CPSC for the recalls......... Consumer Product Safety Commission.
I had 2 Dewalt chargers that were involved in the recall....
None -yet. Until then FunBuggy (EZ-Go) will have to do!
Here's the most recent recall notice I found on CPSC's web site - Recalls. It's from December of 2000, and invovles DeWalt and Black and Decker battery chargers. If there were any more recent recalls, I didn't see them.
Clemson - I STILL think you should get the battery! /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif
Well I can see you are a guy that gets things done pronto, as evidenced by your ability to actually get the rebate coupon in the mail before it expired /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif. With that additional data, I think you did the right thing. You're going to burn those three batteries up in a MONTH!!/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
