Ive seen John Deere advertise a 2 row planter in there literature. I dont know specifics or prices though. Should be able to find a number of used, cheaply priced ones around too.

Just about all the old implement companies use to make two row 3pt mounted corn planters. John Deere made a lot of them and are fairly easy to find parts for while Allis Chalmers had a good one out also but is harder to find. Depending on the demand in your area a decent unit will cost around $700 to $1000. They do not weigh much and your machine will have no problem handling it.

a buddy of mine tills my garden with his bota and he made a 1 row planter out of a junk multiple row j.d. planter. lil welding and its great. he planted my sweet corn. 1st time ive ever had staright rows !

When I bought my B7100 in July '95, my tractor dealer had what he called a "starter kit" from them that included moldboard (turning) plow, middle buster, one row planter, cultivator plows, etc. that were interchangeable; all to go on the same toolbar. Neat set, but I didn't think I needed all that. At any rate, I know they did make a one row planter at that time, but I don't think they have a web site.
