Numbers at this point are insignificant...it's all about testing including those that may have already recovered from the virus that may not ever get tested...unless they develop a test for COVID-19 after the fact...we may never know what the actual numbers are...

That's why all this panic is so silly. That magic number/percentage the fear mongers keep spreading is very likely well under a half percent.

Tesla open and building cars at loggerheads with Alameda County Sheriff regarding Shelter in Place order.

Factory may be forced to close if deemed non-essential.

Early reports have stated some essential businesses are Home Construction, Hardware Stores, Plumbers, etc...

Sonoma County also joins Shelter in Place.

Expired car registration or drivers license... no problem as Drivers told not to come to DMV

State is leasing two large hospitals and numerous Hotels for homeless.

Looking out the window it still is sureele to see a huge Cruise Ship anchored in SF Bay

As the situation evolves restrictions and policies continue on day one.

Also moritoureum on evictions, utility shutoffs, deferring license and fees to next year.

Parking Tickets will be relaxed in some cases such as parking permits.

Medical Hiring Expedited.

Marijuana Dispensaries deemed essential.

The "panic" is associated with herd mentality...it has to be accepted there is no escaping it...
Prudence is never "silly"...there is some fact behind the adage "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"

Just based on what we actually do know...the measures that have been taken are clearly the best available options to flatten the curve....again this is based on what we actually do know...

Other than the exaggerated herd mentality grocery and supply hoarding...The same thing happens regionally with hurricanes and blizzards etc., etc...

Where is all this "fear, hysteria, panic" I keep hearing about? Where is an example being displayed...?...I haven't heard about anyone jumping out of windows etc...

The powers that be will do everything they can to keep supply chains open...that is the real threat to disruption...

Supermarkets are empty, real estate prices are dropping already, funnily enough fuel hasn't been affected.............yet.
We have just sold our place and it puts us in a nice position to buy as we don't settle until December.
