Cost of 97 Ford 1520

A friend of mine has passed away and trying to help his wife sell some stuff.
This is a Diesel tractor 1600 hours with a 5' Taylor Way Field General
I have been trying to see what to ask for this?
She also has a Woods 5' rear blade?
and a house and 10 acres in West Tenn
Any Ideals?

You can look at tractorhouse.com for tractor comparable asking prices (depending on condition, 4WD, loader, etc).
She will have to contact a realtor to get an appraisal on the house and property. That varies a lot depending on location.
