Every time I get on my machine I'm glad I bought Kubota, and seeing the response to issues such as this on the corporate level makes gives me great confidence in the brand.. Now I am being told this part number will NOT fit on a B7800. Hoping it gets cleared up soon.

Here is the latest update: The following was sent to me as an official response from Kubota:

"Kubota does not support that part on the B7800 they will not stand behind if something should happen to break."

However, unofficially, it's believed the part will fit. I would really appreciate some confirmation from this by other B7800 owners. Has anybody done this upgrade?

I am now quite confused... My tractor is still under warranty for another 12 months, however, if I don't buy the part, and my Woods 3pt backhoe breaks my standard top link bracket, I doubt my Kubota warranty would cover it anyway! At the new price point it seems like a wise investment.

This muddies the waters a bit for me..

I believe the part will fit a B-7800, based on the research I've done, and from past inquiries at dealers, but Kubota's stance has changed my mind..

Unless Kubota OK's the use of this part for the B-7800, I'll have to rethink this.

Messicks.com has "confirmed" that the part will absolutely fit on a B7800 so I am going to go ahead and order it anyway despite the statement from Kubota.

I will post my results back to the forum when it arrives to confirm fit and function. It looks like a pretty quick and easy install (just got to get the backhoe off first).
