That is a nice looking little barn but man are prices high there!! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif I put up a 81x100 building for that price.

Everything is expensive up here...

Standard building lots, 1 to 2 acres go for 100K to 200K. Then you have to build a house.

Everything requires foundations. You must have footings 42" below grade to get below the frost line.

The materials on the little barn are 7K alone....

Thanx - - looks like the $17.50/sq. ft. is not a bad deal. It's been a while since I checked out building materials - - when I built my barn it came out to ~~ $7/sq. ft.
Now I've got to see if I can round up enough marbles to go forward.
