I'm back up and running now. It was a long and painful process. I have flushed the system 4 times to include new tranny filter each time as well as cleaning the screen. A question I have is concerning a pinched steel Hydro line. When this all happened the line that runs from the bottom of the Hydro unit to the radiator coils got pinched a bit. I hear a bit of a whine from the general area where pinched. Tractor runs fine. Would this cause this noise or maybe air in the system??

I would replace the pinched line. It sounds like the noise is being created by a venturi type of effect as the hydraulic fluid flow is being restricted there. This could cause excess pressure and insufficient cooling of the oil.

Not only that but the pinched line will add friction/heat as well. If its' pinched enough to make noise change it.

I did forget to mention that I took some channel locks and was able to pinch some of the kink out of the line and it did seem to sound a bit better. I have already ordered the new line and will be putting it in this weekend. Again I'll let everybody know.
