If that is the type of map you are looking for. Sometimes the state also has GIS maps like OGRIP or LIDAR maps for public use.
You can search for those if you like.
These are the folks that have what you need. I did the orthophoto work for them in the past, look for the various layers such as transportation(roads), parcels(property lines and parcel numbers), hydrology (streams, rivers and lakes, etc.). There is a wealth of information on line these days and most of it is free ( actually it your tax dollars at work so take advantage of it, a lot of the pay for play information is just a repackaged version of the public county/state GIS data).
