Not much for details are you? Assuming you're working on a New Holland TD 5050? There is no TD 5059.
The earlier TD tractors had a full metal shell around the steering column that didn't come apart from the outside. It was a series of metal panels all bolted together on the inside with 1/4" bolts, nuts, and washers. Later ones had a panel or two that could be removed from the outside. You can scan through the parts lists and see if anything looks like it matches your tractor.
