Can a tractor have creeper gear and its lowest speed be 24.8mph?

The supplier says it has "a" creeper gear can this be a real creeper gear? or is the supplier washing his responsibility? I requested a creeper gear to move my application but the tractor is too fast for my application. The supplier claims it has "a" creeper gear, but the 24.8mph not the the slower one, is this traditionally called a "creeper gear"? Thanks for the help!

24.8 mph is nowhere, no how a creeper gear, its more like top speed. Creeper is more like a 1/4 mph.
What kind of tractor and how many forward gears, ranges are you talking about?

Since your asking a somewhat generic question, Yes, some makes offer either a creeper gear or creeper range. My tractor offers a creeper range, i.e. if works with any gear/range. In low gear and range, with creeper engaged, full speed is .12 mph.
