That must make you feel pretty important but it might just be a sign of how smart the dog is. Since he can't judge by the critter's odor how fast the critter can run,he doesn't want to risk finding out while out there alone. If by chance y'all should jump the thing while down there togeather,well you know what they say and rover know's for a fact he can out run you.:laughing:I took the dog down there this afternoon. He had no reaction to any smell in that area. But he has always been a little nervous in that corner of the property. He won't enter by himself, but will go with me.
