Been there, done that. Unfortunately, this happens more often than you like. I bungee cord my levers down to keep this from happening. The timing bar between your plates is twisted, some people push one side on a tree to twist the bar back, but this is hard on cylinders and seals. I cut my bar with a saws-all and aligned the plates and welded it back, ground it down, repainted it and you would never know mine was almost 3" out.

Looks like you can put the side that's extended up against something solid and use your loader forward tilt to straighten it back out.

I tried to torque it back, I feel I would damage loader arms before I ever got it to move.

Now I need to find a place to cut and weld...

In the future I will set something up like KubotaToy...

It should not be very difficult to cut and re-weld. It is something even a hack welder like me could do. if you weren't so dang far away I would do it for you for nothing. I would take the sawzall to it, and then bevel the cut ends down and take a piece of angle iron and clamp it good to each piece to maintain alignment, and start tacking it around. Then skip weld around it (to even out the heat stress) until it was closed up while moving the angle iron and clamps around. Hopefully all would still be aligned when I was done. I sure would give it a try.

Looks like the damage is minimal that's a good thing and should be a reasonable repair. If you don't have a welder looks like you could MAYBE get away with cutting the tube in the center sliding a pipe over it full length then drill and put a couple bolts threw it on either side.

Even if you DO have a welder, your approach has some advantages. When you tweak the loader again,
one of your bolts should shear, rather than twisting up a welded timing bar.

That is how John Deere does it: the timing bar is only a 1" steel rod, and shear bolts hold it to each side
of the quick-attach arms. some folks shear them, then don't even repair them as the 2 sides can
move independently, pivoting without damage.

They may be able to pivot without damage, but I would think hook up with the arms out of time would be a PITA.
