I stomp them and then when i have enough i melt and cast them into a form. I jsut stack them into the corner and save them up.

Illl have to post some. basically i took an old wheel barrow metal tub. attached it to an old grill frame that i have. drilled and added a flange 1 1/2'' in the center and covered the entire bottom with refrac cement (just used the premixed containers you find for repairing wood stoves). off of the flange i have a tee and that runs into my squirrel cage blower.
the metal casting tools that i had made are 1. crucible--pieces of steel pipe, with a bottom welded on and a piece of chain near the top and bottom to grab and tip the "crucible"
the ignot forms are just angle iron welded togher to make a zig zag shape. i pour into them and let them cool and they pop out. I actually use the handles for lifting out a turkey fryer basket to pour the metal since they have a wide handle and a hook. If it sounds confusing when i post the pics you will see what i mean.
Hopefully this weekend ill get them taken. I usually wait until i have 2-3 bags of crushed cans to melt. tin foil burns up, i just recycle that.
You can then once you have the metal do a styrofoam vaporization casting.
(danger danger gives off nasty fumes do not do inside)
take styrofoam make a mold, add a sprue, cover it in general purpose sand. pour ontop of the sprue and the styrofoam flash vaporizes and you have your form.
once again, bad fumes do not do inside.

If I am bored and have some spare time I "recycle" my junk mail by loading into the prepaid return envelopes that come with unsolicited credit card apps and other "stuff" and mail it back, sure they wonder ???? when the receive the envelopes.

I wish we could recycle junk mail that way. If we could return all the junk mail to the stores that send it out, you probably couldn't get into the front doors of some of these places. I'd love it if you could write, "Return to Sender" on junk mail and they had to pay return postage.

Clean kitty litter is more fun.
