How long do you hold till the light goes out?
I thought for sure my manual said to hold 5-10 seconds.
I've never had my light go out.
I will try tomorrow to see if my light goes out. Thanks.
Oh it's a 2010.
It is about 32f here at 4:40am, just went out and activated glow plugs, light stayed on about 13 seconds. Mine is a 2008.

Thank you for the manual instructions.
I worked at my City's Municipality.
We had alot of diesel machines.
I guess that's where I got the 5-10 seconds on the glow plugs.
I'll head out today to check mine.
Thank you again!

My glow plug lite on the dash does not go out.
I held it for almost 50-60 secs.
Then tried to start the tractor.
It still did not want to start.
Finally did.
