Cub Cadet 100 Throw Out Bearing

Greetings to All from new member here. I lie in central Maine in the town of Norridgewock. I have a 1965 Cub Cadet 100 that needs a new throw bearing. I have the bearing but I need some guidance on the procedure for replacing it.

I will appreciate any and all help
