i have a cub cadet 125. i'm trying to mount up the rear hitch on it and i seem to be having trouble. it has a brinly spring assist that seems to mount inside the right hand frame rail (looking at the rear of tractor) between the rail and rearend. this doesnt seem right with the limited amount of space back there. any information on getting this to fit would be great. also, im looking at tillers for this model tractor. there are 2 #2 tillers on ebay, a 36 and a 40. im thinking with a 12hp, and no hydraulic lift id be better off with the 36" due to the weight and power, id like to hear any opinions. and lastly, do i need a different mule drive for the tiller belt? or can i strip one down from a mower deck?

There really is enough room although it is tight!

They normally had solid type front spindles on the mule drive for use with the tiller although some did just use the mower units.

then im assuming i had the block that attaches to the list arm on wrong, am i correct to assume, sitting on the seat, that the block will attach to the left or inside of the lift arm, and the bolts are fed in through the right/outside of the lift arm? this is the only way i can see being able to have enough room for the spring between the rockshaft and the frame.
