Cub Cadet 2186 Engine Won't turn over

Battery is fully charged with good cranking amps. Appears that one of the saftey switches is malfunctioning. Turn key and only get a clicking noise. Where do I start as far as checking out the saftey swithes.

To verify it's one of the switches jumper the large terminal to the small terminal on the starter solenoid with a old screwdriver or a remote starting switch, if it turns over that way you know the starter is good.
If the starter is good then likely you're losing voltage somewhere in the safety circuit. This a common problem and ther a fix where you add a relay in the starting circuit. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/...arter-problem-again-cubcadetstarterwiring.pdf
