Can anyone tell me how to disable the reverse mowing feture on this thing? My turf tires don't seem to grab well when turning so I have to back up to get it going again and I get tired of the blade disengageing and engaging everytime I stop.I've tried to unplug a few things but I have'nt found the right thing yet. Any help would be appreciated. Donny
