Cub Cadet EX2900 won’t start

My Cub Cadet Yanmar EX2900 won’t start. Battery is good. Starter is good. Seat safety switch is good. It seems to be electrical, but I can’t find the problem.

Insufficient data. What happens when you turn the key? Do you get any lights? Will the starter turn the engine over? What checks have you already made such as battery voltage? Hint - good is not informational. Have you cleaned and tightened cables and connectors? How about the ground connector?

Good point! I turn the key and nothing happens. I have headlights, hazard lights, etc. The battery is good and all connections are clean and tight. The seat switch is functional. I’m told there is a neutral position safety switch, but I can’t find it to check it.

Just because you have lights don't mean battery is good.
Use a battery tester to check your battery

The best way to test the battery would probably be to fully charge it then put it on a load tester. Even a new battery can have the proper voltage but be bad. It has to do with the internal resistance of the battery which you can't measure. If you have not done so you should also clean and tighten battery leads and do not neglect the frame ground connection. Check the battery cables as sometimes there's internal corrosion which may not be evident but can prevent proper functioning. It is also possible your safety switches are all good but are not satisfied due to improper adjustment.
