I have the same tiller different name and yes I have had the same problem. You can try penetrating oil and work it free if your lucky. As for me I took the tiller to three shops none of which could fix it. Finally I broke down the whole thing and fixed it myself. Keep the tiller under a roof/cover of some type. I spray shifter with penetrating oil everytime I finish.
