Cub Cadet Yanmar sc2400 won't start

I figured it out...disconnected from under the seat and still did the same thing. Heated up the garage and used hot coals on the seat and it worked...I'm so tired of government involvement and having all these safety switches....I'm ready to buy a 20 yr old tractor that hasn't been declared "Safe" by the government. Thanks for the help
