I picked up a Dunham cultipacker it has one broken wheel and is missing one or two wheels, but for $100.00 I think it was an ok deal.

The broken wheel is missing one side of the axle spokes can I just weld a piece of 1/4" plate with a 2" dia whole and salvage the one wheel?

The bearing also seem to be worn, but I have not checked them yet. What are the bearing made of most likely wood, babbet, or a real ball/roller bearing?

Fellow member Sweettractors has bunches of old packer wheels and other parts I believe. They deal with older implements just like that old Dunham cultipacker quite a bit.

Nice cultipacker by the way:thumbsup:
