Because the gov___ment sets the bar too high for emissions expectations for diesel engines.Getting back to the thread subject.....cummins has been having epa compliance issues for years and years. Why do they take the path of cheating?

This done purposefully, so they will fail, then the EPA fines them into bankruptcy.
I’m sure you can see this and it only benefits foreign based industries than make electrically powered replacements in China, India, etc.
