My "OPINION" is that your blood pressure is probably fine, but your resting heart rate is kinda high. Mine gets down to low 40s when I'm "fit" and has been in the mid 30s when "very fit", but that hasn't been the case for a few years )-:
Our hearts are different, as a public speaker on this used to say;
"There are big slow hearts that go thump, thump, thump, call them "diesel hearts".
At the other end of the scale are small hearts that have to beat very fast, tick a' tick a' tick tic tic, call them "Kawasaki hearts". "
Your doc might get more meaningful information from a stress test (treadmill).
The range of pulse rates is interesting; e.g. 45 resting, 160 sweating.
Recovery speed is another interesting indicator, how quickly it drops from say 160 to under 100.
